Got a question, a bug, or an idea? Email us at hello@netsh.io. The more detail you share, the easier it is to help. Here’s what’s useful for each kind of message:

• Bug report: the tool you used, the target you entered, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot is welcome but not required.
• Abuse or security report: what you saw, with timestamps if you have them. If it involves a specific domain, you can also look up its abuse contact with the Abuse Contact Lookup tool.
• Privacy request: have a quick look at the privacy policy first, since it covers what is and isn’t collected. Most questions can be answered by email after that.
• Advertising inquiry: a short note on what you have in mind is plenty to get started.
• Feature request: tell us which diagnostic you’re missing and why it would help. We can’t promise it will be built, but we do read every one.

NetSH.io is a small, independently run project, so replies can take a little while. Every message gets read.

One thing please: don’t send passwords, API keys, or any other secrets. If a bug report needs a specific request, the hostname and the tool you used are usually enough for us to reproduce it.
